The scheme would provide reservation to different categories of students as per the State / UT norms.

27 Ministry of Human Resource Development Saakshar Bharat The main objective of this scheme is to further promote and strengthen Adult Education, specially of women, by extending educational options to those adults who having lost the opportunity to access formal education and crossed the standard age, now feel a need for learning of any type.

28 Ministry of Human Resource Development Scheme of Support to Voluntary Agencies for Adult Education and Skill Development Main objective of the scheme is to secure extensive, as well as, intensive involvement of voluntary sector in the endeavours of the governent to promote functional literacy, skill development and continuing education particularly in 15-35 age group under the National Literacy Mission.

29 Ministry of Human Resource Development Information and Communication Technology [ICT] in School This scheme aims to provide opportunities to secondary stage students to develop Information and Communication Technology (ICT) skills and also for ICT aided learning process. It enables widespread availability of access devices, connectivity to the Internet and promotion of ICT literacy.

30 Ministry of Human Resource Development Central Scheme to provide Interest Subsidy (CSIS) The Government of India has launched a scheme to provide full interest subsidy during the period of moratorium, i.e., Course Period plus one year or six months after getting job, whichever is earlier, on loans taken by students belonging to Economically Weaker Sections from scheduled banks under the Educational Loan scheme of the Indian Banks’ Association, for pursuing any of the approved courses of studies in technical and professional streams, from recognised institutions in India.

32 Ministry of Labour and Employment Disablement Benefit Scheme TDB is payable to an employee who suffers employment injury (EI) or Occupational Disease and is certified to be temporarily incapable to work. PDB is payable to an IP who suffers permanent residual disablement as a result of EI (including Occupational Diseases) and results in loss of earning capacity.

34 Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Scheme For Market Development Assistance For MSME Exporters This scheme aims to:- (i) encourage Small & Micro exporters in their efforts at tapping and developing overseas markets. (ii) increase participation of representatives of small/ micro manufacturing enterprises under MSME India stall at International Trade Fairs/ Exhibitions. (iii) enhance export from the small/ micro manufacturing enterprises.

35 Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Marketing Assistance Scheme Marketing Assistance Scheme aims at providing marketing support to Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) through National Small Industries Corporation (NSIC) and enhance competitiveness and marketability of their products.

36 Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Credit Guarantee Cover Fund Scheme for Small Industries Government launched the Credit Guarantee Fund Scheme for Small Industries on 30th August, 2000 with a view to alleviating the problem of collateral security and impediment to flow of credit to Small Scale Industries (SSI) sector.

37 Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Management Training Programmes The basic objective of the Management Development Programme is to improve the productivity/profitability of existing entrepreneurs by upgrading their managerial decision making capabilities and providing them an insight in the latest developments in the area of industrial management, marketing management, financial management, inventory control, human resource development, information technology, and e- commerce, etc.

38 Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises ISO 9000/14001 Certification Fee Reimbursement Scheme ISO 9000/14001 Certification Fee Reimbursement Scheme was introduced in order to incentivise technological upgradation, quality improvement and better environment management by the MSEs. The scheme provides incentive to those small scale/ ancillary undertaking who have acquired ISO 9000/ISO 14001/HACCP certifications.

39 Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises National Award Scheme/ Guidelines [Launched by Ministry of Micro, Small & Medium Enterprise (MSME)] The Ministry of Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises, with a view to recognizing the efforts and contribution of MSMEs, gives National Award annually to selected entrepreneurs and enterprises under the scheme of National Award.

40 Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Performance & Credit Rating Scheme for Small Industries Performance and Credit Rating Scheme is expected to encourage SSI sector in improving contribution to the economy by way of increasing their productivity, since a good rating would enhance their acceptability in the market and also make access to credit quicker and cheaper .

41 Ministry of Minority Affairs Maulana Azad National Fellowship for Students from Minority Community The scheme caters to the requirements of the minority community students pursuing research studies, leading to regular and full time M.Phil and Ph.D courses only, and equivalent research degree in universities, research institutions and scientific institutions within India.

42 Ministry of Minority Affairs Pre-Matric Scholarship Scheme for Students from Minority Community The scholarship at pre-Matric level will encourage parents from minority communities to send their school going children to school, lighten their financial burden on school education and sustain their efforts to support their children to complete school education.

43 Ministry of Minority Affairs Post-Matric Scholarship Scheme for Students from Minority Community The objective of the scheme is to award scholarships to meritorious students belonging to economically weaker sections of minority community so as to provide them better opportunities for higher education, increase their rate of attainment in higher education and enhance their employment opportunity.

49 Ministry of New and Renewable Energy Accelerated development and deployment of solar water heating systems in domestic, industrial and co Interest subsidy is provided to users of solar water heating systems through Indian Renewable Energy Development Agency (IREDA), public/ private sector banks, scheduled cooperative banks, RBI approved non-banking financing companies, intermediaries of IREDA (manufacturers/suppliers) and other public/private financing institutions (FIs).

50 Ministry of New and Renewable Energy Promotion of Solar Thermal Systems for Air Heating Steam Generating Applications Financial support is provided for installation of solar air heating & solar steam generating systems, preparation of DPRs & construction of solar buildings and establishment of Akshay Urja Shops. Support is also provided for organizing publicity and awareness campaign, seminars, workshops/ symposia/ business meets/ training programmes and for technology up-gradation, studies, survey etc.
