1. The CAG report on Coal Block allocation continues to disrupt Parliament Operation for the 7th Successive day today as the main opposition party BJP is still determined for PM-s resignation for the scam. Earlier PM has presented his note regarding the same and took all the responsibility of the Coal block allocation during his tenure as the Prime Minister as well as Coal Minister between 2004 and 2009.


2. India-s Plan panel has said that 9% annual average economic growth target in the 12th Five year plan looks difficult considering current economic scenario and global economic outlook. The plan panel is expected to revise the same to 8.2-9% in the coming months.


3. India-s largest real estate developer DLF has announced to end its sponsorship with Indian Premier League as its title sponsor. DLF has spent Rs 250 crore for the first 5 editions of the IPL tournament and decided to discontinue due to high title sponsor fee as much as Rs 800 crore for the next 5 years as the company believes it to be very high.
